# Adjust headset height (Instinct)

This screen tunes the overall vertical position of the headset. The control moves every electrode up or down at once.

## Adjust the height

* Press the **Up arrow** to raise the headset.
* Press the **Down arrow** to lower it.
* Long-press for continuous movement.
* The position indicator shows the current height value.

## When to adjust

* If the front electrodes (FP1, FP2) sit too high on the forehead, move the headset down.
* If the back electrodes (O1, O2) sit too low on the neck, move it up.
* Aim for even pressure across all electrode positions.
